  • Are we allowed to bring in our own equipment?

    You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment or practice balls into the facility. However, we do supply bats and helmets along our fences for customer use. Please note we do not provide fielding gloves or batting gloves for clinics, tunnel rentals, or lessons. Our Pro Shop is always open during business hours for equipment purchases.

  • Can we have a birthday party at Extra Innings?

    Yes, Extra Innings offers three birthday party packages to choose from which include batting, pizza, soda and a whole lot of fun! Each package provides your own private table in a spacious room with all the paper goods and clean up provided. Call us at {module_contentholder,name="Phone Number"} to reserve your date and time.

  • How can I apply to work at an Extra Innings?

    You can apply for positions on our Jobs Page. You will receive an automated notification once you have successfully submitted your online application or resume. Due to the volume of applicants that we receive we cannot provide you with the direct contact information for our hiring managers. If you are selected for an interview, or additional information is needed we will reach out to you directly.

  • How does your facility work?

    Our batting cages and Pro Shop are open to walk-in visits. However, reservations are recommended for private lessons and use of the tunnels. Information on upcoming camps, clinics and leagues can be found in our Facilty Brochure PDF or on our website

  • How much does it cost to use Extra Innings?

    We have something for every budget at Extra Innings. A batting token can be purchased for as little as $1, or you can become an MVP member (our Best Value!) .

  • How old do you have to be to take lessons or clinics?

    You must be at least 7 years old to participate in lessons or clinics at Extra Innings. However, ball players age 5 and up can utilize our multi-use tunnels.

  • How would I go about booking a lesson at Extra Innings?

    Our location offers online booking through our website. You will be able to create your own login and password to schedule lessons, tunnel rentals, and birthday parties. The online scheduler also lets you track your recent purchases and view your appointment history! Confirmation emails will be sent upon your reserving your space.

  • I don’t know what size bat will be right for my son/daughter... how do you determine this?

    The “Test Drive a Bat Program” has been well received by both players and parents. The Extra Innings staff wants your player to be successful during the game, so we will make sure the length and weight of the bat is right for your son or daughter. For starters, we will pick a few bats in our Pro Shop to try before you buy! At Extra Innings, you are able to swing and hit Softee baseballs or softballs to determine which bat feels the best to your preference. The best part is, the Test Drive a Bat Program is FREE!

  • Is it safe to use my credit card online?

    Absolutely. We use 256-bit encryption via a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the safest, most reliable protection. Statistically, you are at greater risk using your card over a cell telephone!

  • I’ve never been to Extra Innings before, what can I do there?

    We are dedicated to everything baseball and softball. Anyone can walk-in and use our token operated baseball and softball batting cages and tunnels. receive professional instruction, sign up for our ongoing camps, clinics and leagues. or purchase new equipment at our nationally recognized Pro Shop! Our location also has video games and a spacious areas to host birthday or team parties!

    Our Pro Shop is always open for walk in customers as well as our token operatad batting cages. During winter and spring months we recommend you to call ahead or reserve your appointments for tunnel rentals and private lessons online through our website. Tunnels and lessons are usually reserved by the half hour or full hour.
